Introduction:
Singauto Technology and Yancheng National High-tech Zone officially signed a cooperation agreement on April 25, 2024, announcing that they would jointly promote the construction of Singauto’s China manufacturing plant.
With the rapid development of the global new energy vehicle market and the Chinese government’s strong support for the new energy vehicle industry, New Asia Technology, as China’s leading new energy commercial vehicle manufacturer, actively responded to the national call and decided to officially locate its production base in Yancheng National High-tech Zone. Xinya Technology and the Yancheng City government have reached a deep consensus, opening a new chapter in government-enterprise cooperation for common development.
At the signing ceremony, Ma Zhenghua, Secretary of the Yandu District Committee of Yancheng City, Jiangsu Province, Zang Chong, Director of the Yandu District People’s Government of Yancheng City, Gao Xiang, Director of the Yancheng National High-tech Zone Management Committee, and other leaders attended and witnessed this historical moment on behalf of the government. For Xinya Technology, core team members such as Chairman Liu Yuqiang, CTO Xu Mengmeng, Senior Vice President of Supply Chain Liu Yuchao, and General Manager of the China Division Yang Chuang were present, showing the importance that both parties attach to this cooperation.

Project Overview and Site Selection Reasons
This project covers a total area of about 600 acres, with a total investment of more than 5 billion yuan. It plans to build four major process workshops for stamping, welding, painting, and final assembly, as well as a PACK production line totaling 120,000 square meters. In addition, a new R&D center of 5,000 square meters will be built for the R&D and innovation of new energy vehicle technology.
Yancheng City, Jiangsu Province, as the location of this project, has unique geographical location and resource advantages. First of all, Yancheng City has convenient transportation and is located in the central area of the Yangtze River Delta. It is one of the key cities in the Yangtze River Delta integrated development strategy. It has the advantage of undertaking the overflow of industries, science and technology innovation, and talents in the Yangtze River Delta region, providing talent guarantee for the smooth implementation of the project. ; Secondly, it has an excellent collection and distribution system, with ports, airports and other ports open to the outside world, and developed transportation networks such as roads, railways, aviation and shipping, which facilitate logistics and economic exchanges; finally, the Yancheng City government is committed to the development of the new energy automobile industry. It has given great attention and policy support, creating a good environment for the smooth advancement of the project.

Construction content and scale
This project will build four major process workshops, which will be responsible for stamping, welding, painting and final assembly and other production links. Among them, the stamping shop will introduce advanced stamping equipment to ensure the accuracy and quality of body parts; the welding shop will use automated welding production lines to improve production efficiency and welding quality; the coating shop will use environmentally friendly paint and advanced spraying processes to ensure the appearance of the body The beauty and durability of the vehicle; the assembly workshop is responsible for assembling various components into a complete vehicle to ensure the quality and performance of the entire vehicle.
In addition, the project will also build a PACK production line to produce power battery packs for new energy vehicles. The production line will use advanced automation equipment and production processes to ensure the safety and performance stability of the power battery pack.

Project benefits and social impact
After this project is put into operation, the annual output of new energy commercial vehicles is expected to reach 50,000 units, which will effectively promote the regional economic development and industrial transformation and upgrading of Yancheng. At the same time, the implementation of the project will drive the development of related industrial chains, create more job opportunities, promote regional economic prosperity, and inject new vitality into the economic development of Yancheng and surrounding areas.
